La Colonia Taco Truck – Santa Rosa’s Late-Night Legend La Colonia isn’t just a taco truck — it’s a rite of passage. Serving up straight-from-the-heart Mexican street food, their tacos are bold, juicy, and unapologetically authentic. Whether it’s perfectly marinated carne asada, crispy carnitas, or that next-level al pastor, this is the flavor that locals swear by. From the streets of Santa Rosa to the taps at Old Caz — come hungry, leave converted.
