The Spot – Smashburgers, Fries & Local Hype The Spot isn’t just a name — it’s a statement . Known for crispy-edged smashburgers, loaded fries, and a fanbase that follows them like a local legend, this Santa Rosa food truck is holding it down with comfort food that hits every time. Big flavor, zero pretense, and the kind of burger that pairs extremely well with a cold pint of Old Caz. You know where to find 'em.
